These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website, forms, booking pages, messaging, and related services (the "Services") offered by Quantum Longevity Institute of Health ("QLI," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Educational Information, Not Medical Advice

Content on our website, social media, emails, and other public materials is for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and does not create a physician-patient relationship. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider about your individual health needs. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.

2. No Physician-Patient Relationship Until Enrollment

Booking or attending a Strategy Call does not create a physician-patient relationship. A physician-patient relationship begins only after you complete our new patient intake and onboarding process and are formally accepted as a patient.

3. Strategy Calls and Scheduling

Strategy Calls are 45-minute conversations to explore whether our programs are a good fit for you. You agree to provide accurate information when booking. If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Missed calls without notice may not be rescheduled.

4. Telehealth

Our clinical services are delivered primarily through telemedicine. Telehealth services are subject to state licensing laws and may not be available in all locations. Additional consent forms apply to patients.

5. SMS Messaging Terms

By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Quantum Longevity Institute of Health at the number you provided.

  • Program description: Appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, and, if you separately opt in, marketing and promotional messages.
  • Frequency: Message frequency varies.
  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation message.
  • Help: Reply HELP or email [email protected].
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase.

6. Payments and Refunds

Fees for programs and services are described at the time of purchase. Payment terms, cancellation, and refund policies for each program are provided in the applicable program agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our programs, including text, graphics, videos, and frameworks such as the REWIRE™ Longevity Method and SOULWIRE™, is owned by QLI or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including submitting false information, attempting to access systems without authorization, or sending spam or harmful content.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Individual results vary, and we do not guarantee specific health outcomes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QLI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
